am confused about lenovo sdk functionality

Hello Moderators, am just lost and confused......

please answer this question one after the other
1.)what do we use this lenovo sdk for. is it for app wrapper or apps compiler tools.
2.) where can we get examples on how to use the sdk.
3.) my laptop operating system is window 7. does that means that i have to download only lenovo window 7 sdk as opposed to downloading window 10 sdk.
4.) please break things down for I to understand.

    Thank you for your questions. I’ll answer them in order below.

    1) There is no Lenovo SDK for MUMT. MUMT (or Multi-User Multi-Touch) functionality is available via the Windows 8 and Windows 10 SDKs. To be eligible in this hackathon, you must create an application for Lenovo YOGA Home PCs which includes the multi-user or multi-touch (MUMT) technology of Windows 8 or Windows 10 SDKs. A submitted application must be either a Windows Desktop application or a Windows Universal App Platform (UAP) application, and must run on a Lenovo YOGA Home PC running Windows 8 or Windows 10. 

    2) Examples and resources (such as code samples and documentation) can be found on the Resources page (http://multitouch.devpost.com/details/resources) under the heading “Multi-touch Resources.”

    3) To be eligible for a prize you must create a Windows 8 or Windows 10 application. Applications for Windows 7 will not be eligible for prizes.
